Use Permit to construct a phased development consisting of four office/R&D buildings totaling approximately 500,000 sf, including approximately 5,500 sf of ancillary retail/commercial space, surface parking and a 4-level parking structure. The site is located within an area designated by the General Plan for up to approximately 686,000 sf of Business and Technology Park use. An existing 360,000 sf industrial building that occupies the site will be demolished along with all other site improvements and replaced by the proposed office/R&D buildings and garage.
