Document Description
Minor Subdivision of a 7.5-acre parcel into a 4.2-acre parcel and a 3.3-acre parcel. Parcel 1 is developed with a mobile home and an accessory building. Parcel 2 is developed with a mobile home, accessory building, and barn. Both existing residences utilize separate on-site sewage diposal systems. Water for potable uses is provided to each parcel from the Smith River Community Services District water system. Access to the residence on parcel 2 exists off of Ocean View Drive; the residence off of parcel 1 exists off of State Highway 101.
