The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2015-0514-R1, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Sebastian Cohen, representing Caltrans. The project involves rehabilitating 22 encroachments on ephemeral and intermittent streams on SR 128, where a variety of culverts are corroded or damaged, have inadequate lengths, or inadequate head walls, end walls, or rock energy dissipaters that will be replaced and/or modified.
