CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0257-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, The San Jose Flea Market, Inc. Project includes replacement of an existing outfall structure. The existing 48-inch pipe will be replaced by a 54-inch pipe. The existing 354 sq. ft. of sackrete will be replaced with rip rap. An additional 104 sq. ft. of rip rap will be placed where landscape does not currently exist.
