Document Description
An application for a Use Permit to construct and operate a destination resort on approximately 562 acres, which will include: a 9,000 square foot lodge with meeting room, two 2-unit cabins, six individual cabins, equestrian arena and stables, picnicking areas, walking and equestrian trails, fly fishing and tying schools, kayak and float boat rentals, fishing guide service and bird watching. Although not a part of the application, the resort will operate in conjunction with the existing Fish Hook Restaurant, and the Blue Heron RV Park (Z-90-03), a proposed multi-use facility, including a convenience store, fast foods, meeting rooms and banquet facilities.
