The project proposes to construct and implement operation of the process modifications, additional equipment, and facilities additions needed to increase the biological treatment. The upgrades, which are compliance driven, will increase both the biological treatment and flow capacity of the facility to meet RWQCB requirements. These will be residual effects of the upgrades being performed.
