Document Description
The El Dorado County Transportation Commission (EDCTC) has prepared a programmatic EIR for the 2025 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP). The RTP was developed by the EDCTC to document the policy direction, actions and funding recommendations intended to meet El Dorado County's short and long range transportation needs over the next twenty years. The RTP is designed to be a blueprint for the systematic development of a balanced, comprehensive, multi-modal transportation system.
