The project consists of the removal of all existing uses and the construction of up to 400 residential units comprising both single-family residences and townhomes. The project will require rezoning the parcels to R-30 One-family Residential Zone (portion) and R-50 Medium Density Residential Zone (portion), and amending the General Plan to Housing and Business Mix.
