Document Description
Project consists of the construction of a 35,840 square foot pre-engineered steel structure to serve as a Wellness Center for the Del Norte County Healthcare District. The building will be approximately 160 feet by 224 feet by 26 feet in height. The building will be divided into professional offices with waiting rooms, examine rooms, meeting space and Healthcare District Offices. The project will utilize existing urban services including public water and public sewer. The frontage streets are already developed and in place. The project site is surrounded by existing urban development. The property was previously developed and has set unused for approximately 30 years. Adjacent uses include commercial uses, professional offices, banks and retail stores.
