The Rivers Phase II project includes development of approximately 518 single-family homes, an approximately 11-acre K-8 school site, a one acre park, and supporting infrastructure on approximately 68 acres of the approved Lighthouse Marina and Riverbend Development Project area in the City of West Sacramento. If the Washington Unified School District (WUSD) determines that it does not want to construct and operate the proposed school, then the project would construct an additional 176 residential units for a total of 694 units. The proposed project also includes installation of approximately 3,000 lineal feet of bank stabilization along the Sacramento River. Finally, the proposed project includes text amendments to PD-29, approval of a large lot tentative subdivision map, and approval of a Water Supply Assessment.
