Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Amendment 1 to Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SAC-35159-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Lennar Homes of California, Inc. Amendment 1 includes the transfer of the Agreement from Antelope East 40, LLC (Transferor), the current Permittee under the Agreement, to Lennar Homes of California, Inc. (Transferee) and changes to the Project activities at Activity Area 3. Activity Area 3 was originally included in the Agreement as a jack a bore under the intermittent drainage to allow for utility installation. The Permittee is now proposing to install utilities at this location via an open trench. The sewer trench depth will be an average 6' deep and 14' wide based on standard 1:1 trenching slopes (Exhibit A). Temporary impacts to the intermittent drainage will be 0.01 acres, which will be restored following construction to mimic pre-project contours and vegetation.
