Document Description
The purpose of this Project is to provide single family and mutli-family housing for the Antelope Community in Sacramento County. The 48-acre Project includes construction of 173 single-family lots, an apartment complex and associated road and utility improvements. Construction will commence on 1 April 2023 and be completed by 31 October 2028. The Project will avoid the natural drainageway that traverses south to north across the western third of the site. With the avoidance area, three water quality/detention basins with associated outfalls will be constructed to capture and release stormwater.
