The project entails grading for 11 building pads to enable development of single-family residences. Grading will also be conducted to extend the existing alignments of Date Street and Paraiso Avenue through the project site. Paraiso Avenue, which currently terminates in a cul de sac south of the project site, will be extended north terminating north of Date Street. Date Street will be extended east from Grand Avenue to connect with the proposed extension of Paraiso Avenue. Sewer and water lines, fire hydrants, and storm drain features will be installed in the roadways to serve the proposed residences and control storm water runoff from project slopes.
