No specific plan land use change is proposed for Planning Area 9. The Tentative Tract Map (No. 23103-2) is a request to subdivide 18.3 acres into 40 parcels, including 37 residential lots and 3 open space lots (Planning Area 7 - 29 residential lots and Planning Area 9A - 8 residential lots).
