Document Description
DTSC is proposing to approve a Remedial Action Plant (RAP) in accordance with a Consent Decree (Case No. CV 99-12467). The RAP involves the remediation of soil and groundwater impacted with volatile organic compounds (VOCs), primarily trichloroethane (TCE), tetrachloroethene (PCE), 1,1,1-trichloethane (1,1,1_TCA), cis-1,2-dichloroethene (Cis-1,2-DCE), 1,1-dichloethane (1,1-DCA), 1,4-dioxane, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK), benzene, ethylbenzene, toluene, and xylenes.
