The Central Valley Regional Water Board Is Issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The Project consists of grading native soil from wetland habitat and filling wetland habitat with clean soil and rip rap for the construction of a residential driveway. Approximately 10 cubic yards of native soil will be excavated from, and 30 cubic yards of clean soil and 10 cubic yards of rip rap will be placed Into 0.0092 acre/10 linear feet of wetland during dry conditions to accommodate the installation of a new culvert. The Project will permanently impact 0.0092 acre/10 linear feet and temporarily impact 0,0092 acre/10 linear feet of waters of the United States.
