- Construct a 235,000 square Walmart Super Center on approximately 24 acres. The Wal-Mart Supercenter would total approximately 235,000 square feet in size. The Wal-Mart will operate 24 hours per day. The Wal-Mart parcel would provide approximately 965 parking spaces. The Wal-Mart Supercenter would relocate the existing 125,873 square foot Wal-Mart retail store from the existing Wal-Mart building on the adjacent northeastern parcel to the new Wal-Mart Supercenter building.
