Mojave Water Agency Water Supply Reliability and Groundwater Replenishment Program is a groundwater banking/exchange agreement between Metropolitan and the Mojave Water Agency. The Mojave Water Agency, acting as the Lead Agency, adopted a Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) on January 26,2006, for the Mojave Water Agency Water Supply Reliability and Groundwater Replenishment Program. The Lead Agency also adopted a mitigation monitoring and reporting program (MMRP) and filed a Notice of Determination (NOD) with the State Clearinghouse on January 31, 2006.
