The project site is located on a 10-acre undeveloped parcel containing native chaparral and oak woodland habitat. The surrounding land features low-density residential development. An open space easement is located immediately west of the project site, and a large ranch is located immediately north.
The project is a grading plan for the construction of a building pad and a private driveway of approximately 1,800 feet in length. The private driveway would provide access to a single-family residence off of Old Guejito Road. A water pipe would be installed in the driveway alignment to bring well water to the residence from the adjoining property to the north. The total amount of grading proposed is approximately 4,246 cy.
