The project will consist of drilling and operation of a city water production well, installation of Manganese treatment facilities, construction of a chlorination and equipment building, fence, landscaping, and required Public Works site improvements; future installation of an emergency generator set, granular activated carbon vessel treatment system and other treatment systems necessary to make the well in compliance with DHS requirement.
