NOTE: Revised Project Description and Analysis The proposed project consists of the following elements: - Construction of a vertical and lateral expansion of the existing Class I/II B-18 Landfill, - Operation and closure of the expanded areas of Class I/II B-18 Landfill, - Construction, operation and closure of a new Class I/II B-20 Landfill, and - Addition of approximately 221.5 total acres to the KHF's existing permitted operations area, bringing the total operations area to 695.5 acres.
