Document Description
The project is a proposed Preliminary Development Plan (05-PDP-01), Tentative Tract Map (TTM 31040), and a Mitigated Negative Declaration (05-MND-02) for the development of 36 new single family detached residential units and two commercial buildings, one of which would be a mixed-use structure, including six units of affordable housing and one market rate unit on property located at 190 West Highway 246. Therefore, a total of 43 new residential units are proposed. In addition, the one existing on-site residence would be retained. A total of 5,992 square feet of commercial space is proposed.
