The proposed project entails the acquisition of residential and commercial parcels of approximately 4.32 acres and the construction and operation of a 70,000-square foot educational facility. The proposed project would provide an elementary school of 775 two-semester seats for students in grades K-5 and an Early Education Center of 175 seats for pre-kindergarten students. The proposed campus would be available for community use after school hours. Proposed facilities include 38 classrooms (31 elementary school classrooms and 7 early education center classrooms), a multi-purpose room/cafeteria, a food services area, a library, administrative offices, playfields, and subterranean parking for faculty and staff.
