The site would accommodate approximately an elementary school of 57,000 square feet of building space including 31 classrooms, and an early education center of 13,000 sf of building space including 7 classrooms. In addition, the elementary school would also include a multipurpose room, library, cafeteria, administration offices, and a multi-purpose turf playfield.
