- The proposed project consists of the construction of 42 single-family detached condominium units on 5.6 acres of land within a legally recorded parcel (Lot 30), the last remaining portion of previously approved Tract 4862. In addition, the applicant is requesting approval to remove 16 oak trees and encroach into the "Protected Zone" of 35 others. It should be noted that this residential project is subject to a Stipulated Judgement between the City of Thousand Oaks and the property owner, which grants certain vested residential development rights within Lot 30, including the anticipated removal of oak trees, as set forth under the provisions of Ventura County Superior Court Case No. CIV 123196.
