Request by Mid State Precision for a Vesting Tentative Parcel Map and Conditional Use Permit to subdivide an existing 1 acre parcel into a planned development consisting of two parcels of 0.28 acres each including development of two industrial buildings of 7,800 and 8,162 sf (one on each respective parcel) and an additional common parcel of 19,014 sf for common parking and driveway area for the purpose of sale and/or development. The project will result in the disturbance of approximately one acre. The proposed project is within the Industrial land use category and is located on the south side of Precision Place, approximately 400 feet west of Winterhaven Way, in the Callender-Garrett Village Area. The site is in the South County (Inland) planning area.
