Document Description
The Metropolitan proposes to repair water damage at the Red Mountain Hydroelectric Power Plant. Metropolitan proposes to repair damage to the plant that resulted from a failed drain valve. The valve remained open when it should have closed, allowing water to overflow into two basement level rooms, the turbine shutoff valve pit, can be replaced, while other equipment is obsolete and requires redesign. Metropolitan proposes to design, procure, install, and test electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment that was damaged by the overflow.
