Document Description
The proposed project would result in the installation of pedestrian crossing improvements in and along Monterey Road in the vicinity of Britton Middle School. Proposed improvements consist of (1) the installation of radar speed displays on existing "School Zone" flashing beacons, (2) the construction of a raised median, (3) the restriping and consolidation of crosswalks, and (4) the construction of "bulbouts" to improve pedestrian safety.
