Document Description
The proposed project would renovate approx. 36,000 gsf of the 9th and 10th floors of the San Francisco Civic Center, a State-owned facility. The project would make minor interior improvements including reconfiguration of walls and modular systems furniture, modification of infrastructure utilities, and telecom/data and security systems. The project is needed to provide for the relocation of approx. 163 Department of Industrial Relations employees from the 8th floor to the 9th floors of the SFCC. The project involves a negligible expansion of current use.
