Applicant proposes to divide a 6.83 remainder parcel into four parcels over 1.0 acre in size. Applicant created parcels as part of a prior subdivision therefore is a major subdivision. All undeveloped parcels would be served by on-site sewage disposal systems and connections to a public water system. Access to all parcels would be from Elias Way, an existing private rural road. A minimum bluff setback is required from the top of the bluff.
