The City of Vacaville Public Works Dept. is proposing to replace the existing reinforced concrete slap and girder structure of Elmira Road over Old Alamo Creek with three 10 feet wide by 4 feet high box culverts. The roadway curb-to-curb width would increase from 27.5 feet to 40 feet. The new roadway width would accommodate two 12-foot travel lanes and two 8-foot bicycle lanes.
