Document Description
The Riverside Gateway Specific Plan and Streetscape Project would facilitate the redevelopment of parcels along Riverside Avenue in the City of Roseville and would address the following seven strategies: enhancing the streetscape, land use strategy, catalyst sites, parking the plan area, pedestrian friendly improvements, development scenario, exempting existing owner-occupied residential uses, and utilities improvements.
