Document Description
A Special Permit to reduce the Streamside Management Area (SMA) of Salmon Creek for the construction of a single family residence with an attached garage. As a perennial waterway, Salmon Creek has an SMA of 100' from the stream transition line. This application seeks to reduce that setback to +/- 70' to allow a two-story single family residence with attached garage to be built in the center of the +/- 4 acre parcel. The entire parcel is within the Williams Creek SMA. The proposed residence will be served by on-site water and sewage disposal. A Biological Report was submitted including mitigations to decrease impacts to creek health and habitat.
