Document Description
The Placer County Conservation Program (PCCP) is a comprehensive, regional program designed to provide long-term conservation and management of natural communities, sensitive species, and the habitats upon which those species depend, while accommodating other important uses of the land. The PCCP comprises three integrated program components: the Western Placer County Habitat Conservation Plan and Natural Community Conservation Plan, Western Placer County Aquatic Resources Program, and In-Lieu Fee Program. The PCCP addresses state and federal endangered species compliance requirements for Placer County and the City of Lincoln, South Placer County Regional Transportation Authority (SPRTA), and the Placer County Water Agency (PCWA).
