2004.0160E: Eastern Neighborhoods Rezoning and Community Plans - The proposed project is revision of Planning Code (zoning) controls governing four of the City's Eastern Neighborhoods: the Central Waterfront; the Mission District); Showplace Square / Protrero Hill; and the eastern portion of the South of Market district. The project would include amendments to the San Francisco General Plan, including the existing Central Waterfront and South of Market Area Plans and preparation and adoption of new neighborhood or community plans for the Mission, Showplace Square/ Protrero Hill, and Eastern SoMa.
