Document Description
The proposed project would include the development of approximately 142 residential units, approximately 6,300 gross square feet (gsf) of office space, about 2,100 gsf of cafe space, and a 168-space underground parking garage on an approximately 2-acre site in San Francisco's Central Waterfront district. The project site is located on the northern half of the 900 block of Minnesota Street, between 20th and 22nd Streets, at the street addresses of 900, 910-12 Minnesota Street and 833 Indiana Street.
