Document Description
The project includes a request for a General Plan Amendment to modify the text of Special Planning Area "E", including the proposed land use mix. The project site also includes a request for a Rezone to establish development standards for the residential portion of PD-36; approval of a Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map to subdivide approximately 135 acres into 166 single-family residential lots, 33.53 acres of open space, a 4-acre neighborhood park, two pocket parks totaling 1.16 +/- acres, landscape areas totaling 4.18 +/- acres, and a future 36.42-acre mixed-use business park and regional commercial site; and Design Review for 14 models of single-family homes to be constructed on the 166 proposed single-family residential lots.
