Document Description
Option A: The proposed project includes a zone change from "R1" (Single Family Residential District), "R3" (High Density Multiple Family Residential District), and "C1" (Retail Commercial and Office District) to "PD" (Planned Development District) with a Master Plan or Use Permit for a planned unit development. The proposed project also includes the subdivision of a 201.37-acre parcel into 619 parcels consisting of 504 single family residential lots (ranging in size from approximately 6,000 square feet to over one acre), 99 townhome lots, 5.0 acres for approximately 125 apartments, four commercial parcels total approximately 29.4 acres, one parcel totaling 8.5 acres for a future school site, and 9 parcels totaling 29.8 acres for parks and pathway areas. A parcel map, which divides the proposed project site into 3 parcels of 8.22, 31.78, and 159.1 acres for the purpose of financing future development, is also included. Option B: Consists of the same description as Option A with the exception that 37.6 acres would be designated for commercial uses and the total number of single-family residential units would be 462.
