Develop a City Park on 58 acres of land adjacent to the southerly Napa city limit in unincorporated Napa County. The park would offer a mix of passive and recreational facilities and would include soccer fields, picnic areas, a pedestrian/bicycle trail network, nature observation points along the trail, children's play area, restroom/concession building and two parking lots.
