Document Description
The Village at Los Carneros includes ten actions of approval identified as case numbers: 10-043-GPA-SPA-RZ-OA-VTM (VTM 32,050)-DP; 10-045-DPAM, -CUP. The project approvals are as follows: -Vesting Tentative Parcel Map ("VTM") to subdivide the seven existing lots of record into 14 lots; -Development Plan ("DP") for 395 new residential units; -Development Plan for 70 affordable apartment units; -General Plan/Coastal Land Use Plan Amendment ("GPA") to adjust land use boundaries, and amend Housing Element and Land Use Element; -Specific Plan Amendment ("SPA") to repeal existing Raytheon Specific Plan; -Zone Change ("RZ") to accommodate adjustments and alterations to existing property lines and rezone proposed residential areas to PRD-465 and business park areas MRP; -Development Plan Amendment ("DPAM") to allow modifications to the existing Development Plan for the business park properties to allow for the construction of the Calle Kora/Los Carneros intersection improvements and associated modifications to zoning regulation standards for Lot 1 of Map 14,500 (83-DP-010); -Development Plan Amendment to allow for changes to the landscaping and parking plan and associated modifications for Lot 3 of Map No. 14,500 (84-DP-011); -Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") to allow for a wall over the allowable height; and, -Adoption of a Development Agreement ("OA"). The project approval also includes the certification of the Final EIR, adoption of the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, adoption of a Statement of Overriding Considerations, and adoption of a CEQA Addendum to the General Plan/Coastal Land Use Plan FEIR and the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program.
