- The proposed action consists of construction of several pipeline laterals and distribution facilities for recycled water. In addition, the project involves the construction of pump stations and other distribution facilities to provide adequate pressure and service capacity within the recycled water system. It is anticipated that installation will begin immediately and may be completed in five to seven years.
