Document Description
The District provides water to residents of McMullen Flat and Twin Pines located in a small valley on the northwestern edge of the San Jacinto Mountains. The District obtains most of its water supply from a water pipeline that extends from Banning to McMullen Flat along SH243. The proposed production well project is located in McMullen Flat within the service area which provides water service to residents of the McMullen Flat and Twin Pines rural communities. This well is being constructed for the District to provide municipal water supply. The proposed project is the drilling of the new production well and equipping it to produce potable water for the District. The production well location was selected based upon water.
