Document Description
Murrieta Marketplace Holdings, LP acquired the project site and is proposing to proceed with immediate commercial development on the project site. It was necessary to review and approve a new Development Plan (DP-2017-1370) and two CUPs for the project site. Additional entitlements approved by the City include CUP 2017-1442 and CUP 2018-1568. A total of 518,817 sq. ft. of buildings can be constructed on the Murrieta Marketplace site under the new Development Plan. The project includes conditions of approval that require construction of offsite improvements that will enhance the local circulation system.
