Document Description
The project proposes a 60-acre regional commercial center (Murrieta Marketplace and French Valley Crossings), a wetlands area, and a park-and-ride lot. This SEIR was prepared in response to a court-ordered Writ of Mandate and only addresses four issues: 1) Urban decay impacts; 2) Greenhouse gas emissions/global climate change; 3) Air quality health risk impacts on sensitive receptors; and 4) Water supply. The original 2006 EIR was deemed to have adequately addressed all other impacts. The City will only take comments on the issues contained in this SEIR.
