Document Description
Minor Amendment No. 3, as referenced above and as issued by CDFW updates the Permittee from Bob Colston, Parkside LLC to Parkside LLC, extends the expiration date of the ITP from December 31, 2022, to December 31, 2032, and updates the principal officer from Bob Colston, Parkside LLC to Robin Owen, Parkside LLC. The Parkside Residential Development (Parkside Development) involves the construction of a residential housing with up to 350 single family dwellings on portions of a 126.89-acre parcel on the western edge of the City of Taft. The Parkside Development will permanently remove 90.33 acres of San Joaquin kit fox (Vulpes macrotis mutica) and San Joaquin antelope squirrel (Ammospermophilus nelsoni) habitat. The Parkside Development is expected to result in incidental take of San Joaquin kit fox and San Joaquin antelope squirrel, designated as threatened species under the California Endangered Species Act.
