A proposed General Plan Amendment, Zone Change (Planned Development Overlay District), Tentative Parcel Map, Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit to consider a Regional Hospital Facility consisting of a 320-bed hospital approximately 408,000 square feet in size, two medical office buildings approximately 140,000 square feet in size, a 10,000 square foot cancer center, and an 8,000 square foot fitness rehabilitation center, all totaling approximately 566,160 square feet, located on the north side of Highway 79 South, approximately 700 feet west of Margarita Road.
