Document Description
The project is a mixed use development consisting of 141 residential units (including 128 units in 13 multi family buildings and 13 live/work units over retail), office and retail space, a multi-level parking garage for the Solana Beach Train Station, a visitor's center (replacing the existing center, which would be demolished), and a new theatre building for the North Coast Repertory Theatre. Earth material excavated for the below ground parking areas is proposed for use as beach nourishment for the City's beaches.
