Document Description
Acquisition of 9 acres in addition to an already 6 acres part of the original project; various street and alley vacations between South Hoover Street and Menlo Avenue; and demolition of existing structures. Consists of multiple 1- to 4-story buildings encompassing approximately 200,000 square feet of building area. School classrooms and administration area to be located primarily along 60th Street; to include 75 classrooms, a library, food services, a multi-purpose room, team rooms, underground parking, and a football stadium with 1,500 seats. In addition, the campus would include hardcourts and playfields, which may include lights.
