Document Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California proposes to make repairs to and perform maintenance on Hayfield Road, the access road to the Julian Hinds Pumping Plant. Hayfield Road extends off of I-10 northeast to Hinds Pumping Plant. Metropolitan proposes to chip seal and fog seal the road, as well as repaint the centerline.
