Reasons for Exemption
The project consists of construction of a bicycle trail on an existin City-owned right-of-way adjacent to Glass Beach Drive. Based on the Mac Kerricher State Park 2001 Botanical Survey and "An Archaeological Survey of Approximately 28 +/- acres, Fort Bragg, Mendocino County, California" (Archaeological Services, Inc., 1990) the City has determined that there are no sensitive environmental resources on the site.
